Цель проекта Повысить мотивацию к занятиям игровым стретчингом.
Задачи проекта Посредством эксперимента доказать, что упражнения игрового стретчинга дают положительный результат.
Гипотеза Ежедневное выполнение упражнений, направленных на вытяжение позвоночника и укрепление мышц, проходящих вдоль него, формирует зоровый позвоночник.
